On September 20, Fundación Metropolitana, Inc. authorities began academic visits to different Universities and Higher Education Centers in the United States, as part of the internationalization processes of the Universidad Metropolitana del Ecuador (UMET).
California State Polytechnic University’s Vice President for Academic Programs, Dr. Laura Massa, invited FM´s board of directors to an academic tour of the institution’s facilities; the excursion was led by the Director of CPP’s Global Education Institute, Mr. Arthur Wang.
CPP authorities were motivated by the principles of inclusion that UMET implements in its administrative-academic management, for which CPP offered socio-academic assistance in cases of vulnerability.
